Professional Indemnity

Covers your legal liability to pay compensation to a third party who brings a claim for professional negligence or breach of a professional duty of care

Public & Products Liability

Legal liability for injury to third parties and/or loss of or damage to their property.

Photographic & Technical Equipment

Equipment for photographers insured against ‘All Risks’ including Accidental Damage & Theft. Equipment in transit and theft from Unattended Motor Vehicles. Includes annual worldwide cover'

Commercial Legal Expenses

Legal defence costs, employment disputes and compensation awards, property protection and bodily injury and tax protection and contract disputes

Personal Accident

Worldwide cover against Death, Injury and Temporary Total Disablement (as a result of accident) which stops you or you employees performing their normal duties.

Employers Liability

Legal liability for injury, illness, death or disease of any employee caused during the period of insurance.

Contents at the insured premises

The contents of your photography business premises, to include computers and ancillary equipment, film editing and related equipment, and film processing and darkroom equipment.

Buildings

The buildings, including outbuildings at the premises shown in the schedule, which belong to you or for which you are legally responsible.

Business Interruption

To protect against the loss of income, or additional expenses incurred, due to an interruption in normal business activities caused by damage to the property or contents insured under this policy. Now extended to include upto £5000 loss of profits as a result of damage to your business vehicle.

Internet & E-Mail Liability

To provide defence costs &/or compensation to third parties incurred as a result of; Content of Email, Intranet, Extranet or Website. Negligent Transmission of a Computer Virus. Unauthorised collection or misuse of any data. Damage to computers or website(s) caused by hackers.

Crisis Containment

A time of severe difficulty in your activities or danger to your business as a result of an insured event that could, if left unmanaged, cause adverse or negative publicity of or media attention to you or your business.
