Insurance claim is a drop in the ocean
Last week, one of our photographers got in touch to say he’d had an accident and all his equipment had been ruined. Rob, a sports and events photographer was standing in the water taking an image of the canoe slalom. The photographer stumbled and to his horror, all his gear fell into the water. We knew Rob would be unable to carry out his work until he could replace the equipment. Rob called us straight away and within 48 hours we were able to process his claim for the damaged camera equipment and give £14,000 to replace all the items. The claim highlights the need to choose your insurance policy carefully and ensure you’re covered for any eventuality.
