I moved to InFocus Insurance from my previous insurers for a number of reasons. My last insurers, were very slow on the uptake when it came to fulfilling the one claim I made in over 5 years and mucked me around and took a VERY long time to repair my broken equipment….. It would have been more cost effective to replace it in any case.
I decided after some ropey customer service to look around. I found InFocus online and applied. The ease of setup was a breath of fresh air, and though I have had to claim (once) since I moved, the claim process was seamless and simple. Turnaround was exceptionally fast and the communication (from ONE DESIGNATED PERSON - Steve Hewlett) was first–class.
I would unreservedly recommend InFocus's excellent cover to anybody who relies on their equipment being available and covered reliably and at a very very competitive price.
